Use a sewing tape measure to get accurate body measurements. For precise results, especially at specific points, having someone assist you is recommended.

Measure directly under your arms, ensuring the tape wraps evenly around the fullest part of your chest for precise sizing.

WAIST
Wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline, just below your rib cage, and ensure it remains slightly loose for a precise measurement.

HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, just below your hip bones, for an accurate fit.
